About Eastport Health Care, Inc.
The primary goal of Eastport Health Care is to provide the residents of Washington County with the very best quality of comprehensive Medical, Dental and Mental Health care possible.
Proper health care has been an integral part of the lives of our nation's people. For many individuals however, quality care is not readily available due to economic as well as geographic barriers. Personal financial resources or maldistribution of medical services should not limit patient access to proper comprehensive health care. The purpose of FQHC's (Federally Qualified Health Centers) in general and Eastport Health Care in particular is to assure that people dwelling in medically underserved areas are not denied adequate primary care.
Eastport Health Care provides low or no-cost health education and prevention programs which address areas of proven need in the community.
